Post about post-production of CCRs

 post-production of CCRs

For my post production I tried to edit the wooden figure have shown signs of life using different types of cuts and edit frames. The filming itself seems to look like the wooden figure has been murdering the people who were gone missing. During the filming I've used my phone throughout the shots handheld rather then being placed by a tripod.

post discussing CCR production ideas

Through out the beggining of the project this takes places in a location in a office which is my room. showing in view shows 2 peices of paper that show 2 missing people (They allowed me to have them in my project). The room atmopshere shows itself that it seems to be creepy since suspence highpitch sounds are playing and almost the whole room around it completely dark. The whole film explains about the mysterious of the murderes that may have lead to the two people that are missing.

The editing hardware I was using during this project is Adobe Premire pro for combinding all of my clips and editing. Most of the sound effects/suspence music that was used was from PixaBay/YouTube below:

I had to find copyright free material use to implement it into my project and I think everything turns out to be great. I added a gunshot sound through the school filming to implement a fear shocking as long with a scream for help adding in more suspence. The stick wooden figure is supposed to represent the murderer who might've or not killed the people who are missing.

My project skills has developed thoughout the project by reasearching and Implementing some cool effects that I didn't know I could add on my project like: How To Create a VHS Effect In Adobe Premire
(https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VWp4CXoZGlU&ab_channel=AdobeInsider) which I personally think that this is my favorite one to use when implementing it as a recording stand to use it at the school. I had to search up on YouTube different angles shots taken so that I could Implement each pose and positioning on my project. And as for colors I had to pick the best one that would be able to blend it good with the text credits and the images that are shown in view. When I want one of the viewers to look at my project I want them to focuse somewhat both on the images and text credits, but hopefully the images more. But yeah, a lot of reasearch and time was taken when deciding what or what to not add on the project, I even had to sacrifice most of the lyrics on the project since it wouldn't really sound great on the project sadly.

My project is able to grab the audiences attention with the suspencful and quietness of the film within the first 40 seconds of it being calm. As soon as everything seems to be calm it then gets interrupted by a phone call which ruins the tension of the suspension of the sound effect. It begins to turn around when suspencful music starts to play and you hear a jeep starting on the engine. That's when it shows the true dramatic twist when you hear clips of the reacordings of school of something dramatic going on like screaming and shooting. For the school clips that I took I added an overlay of static screen recording form

How I would release this film is I'll probablt submit it through to Youtube and other streaming services to promite it by sharing it all over and maybe possibly create hashtags for it like #SlipperyStickFigure so that it can go viral.

CCR post Q1

CCR Post #1

I have made some major changes to my video project called "Hallucinations" such as planning and changing the scripts of storytelling that has been done. Below I'm going to explain Conventions of how my film uses horror elements by using sound, scenes, and lighting as well as representation of the whole idea and theme around the topic of my project.

The theme for this project is horror and suspence, it explains the mysterious deaths that have been going around throughout the school with violent things happening like shooting and stabbing. Showing video of the hauntings of the school outside building. With missing people on the wall to which who knows what happend to them. But it all goes around with the misterious deaths and strange murdering that's been going on.

I started to use the image coloring and depth of the darkness of the image and using the lumetric color options to mess around with, trying to make the scene more dark and suspencing. I've added in screaming, abulances, shooting, and suspencing music sound effect to make my filming much for horror and action. As for the lighting, mostly the lighting, the surrounding area is most of the shots are completely dark with only one source of light source coming out shooting at the subject, which makes it concerning to what's going to happend next.
